We hand pick our HomeChoice Caregivers

We look for special people to become HomeChoice caregivers, and are very proud of our team. All our caregivers attend comprehensive and practical training programmes. They are also familiar with safety procedures. We will never employ anybody to look after you or your loved ones unless we would also be happy to have them look after one of our own family.

We know it is a big step to invite an ‘outsider’ into your home, so we make sure that our caregivers are trained to make this as smooth as is possible.

For added peace of mind, all our caregivers must go through a N.Z. Police reference check before they work with HomeChoice in your home.

Companionship and Support

We also do our best to match our clients with caregivers who have compatible personalities, backgrounds or interests. And in many cases, a HomeChoice caregiver
becomes a dependable companion, as well as being a familiar friendly face.
