What do I do next?

All you have to do is call us and we will take it from there. We will talk through your situation, discuss the options that are available and explain our charges. After that, one of our Care Co-ordinators will visit you for an initial assessment and face-to-face discussion. At that assessment we will work out with you exactly what services are needed and when.

Our Care Co-ordinator will then introduce you to the caregiver or caregivers that we think are best suited to your needs. If you are happy with the caregiver we propose, then that is great. If not, you can choose someone else.

It really is as simple as that.
